Using YayMow

These Terms of Use apply when you use YayMow and related public support or legal pages provided by Pintcode, LLC. By using YayMow, you agree to use the service in a lawful and reasonable way.

What YayMow provides

YayMow provides weather-based mowing guidance, mowing-window estimates, and supporting recommendation information to help you decide when mowing may look more or less practical.

Forecast and recommendation limits

YayMow depends on forecast data and related weather inputs that may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Forecasts can change, and YayMow recommendations can change as newer data becomes available.

YayMow interprets weather information into guidance. Its recommendations, mowing windows, and explanations are estimates, not guarantees, and actual lawn conditions may differ from forecast conditions.

Grass wetness and lawn-condition estimates

YayMow estimates wetness risk from weather information such as recent rain, humidity, temperature, daylight, and forecast timing. YayMow does not directly measure actual turf moisture, grass wetness, or every local condition affecting your lawn.

Before mowing, you should inspect your lawn and use your own judgment about whether conditions are actually appropriate.

User responsibility and safety

You remain responsible for deciding whether mowing is appropriate for your property, schedule, local rules, quiet hours, weather, and equipment.

You are also responsible for operating mowers and other equipment safely and for following normal precautions and any instructions from the equipment manufacturer.

Third-party weather services

YayMow relies in part on third-party services, including Open-Meteo weather data and the supporting services required to deliver that information. Those services may affect accuracy, availability, timing, or continuity of YayMow guidance.

Open-Meteo provides source weather data. Open-Meteo does not create, review, or endorse YayMow’s mowing recommendations.

Availability and service changes

YayMow may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, or slower than expected. Pintcode may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

Upcoming features and planned premium items

YayMow may preview future ideas or planned features using wording such as Coming soon, Planned Premium, or similar roadmap language.

Upcoming features, availability, timing, and planned free or premium classification are subject to change. Roadmap items are informational only and are not a guarantee that a feature will launch on a specific date, in a specific form, or as a free or paid offering. Pricing for future paid features may be announced later, if those features are offered at all.

Future paid features

YayMow may offer optional paid or premium features in the future. These Terms do not create current purchase, billing, renewal, refund, or cancellation rights because those purchase features do not currently exist.

Intellectual property

YayMow, its branding, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Pintcode, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Using YayMow does not give you ownership of the service or its content.

Appropriate use

You agree not to misuse YayMow, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass reasonable technical protections, or use the service in a way that could harm YayMow, its providers, or other users.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YayMow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pintcode does not promise that forecasts, recommendations, availability, or future feature plans will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pintcode is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on weather estimates or mowing recommendations where actual conditions differ. In all cases, you remain responsible for checking visible conditions and deciding whether to mow.

Changes to these Terms

Pintcode may update these Terms from time to time. If that happens, we may revise this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of YayMow after updated Terms are posted means the updated Terms apply to your ongoing use of the service.
